This past week was full of lots and lots of cleaning. Cleaning isn’t nearly so bad when your hubby is willing to clean with you! He also surprised me one morning. He wasn’t able to sleep so he stayed up for a few hours. Instead of relaxing he cleaned the bathroom! Yeah, I am blessed with the best husband ever! This week has also been full of cute kiddo moments. She made lots of messes while eating (you wouldn’t think that a baby with food throughout her hair would be adorable but she is), she figured out the word “ball” and will bring it to you when you ask (and also attempt to kick it, while sometimes falling over), and she has decided to throw a mini temper-tantrum randomly when you tell her not to do something (but only sometimes) and she will then come to get a hug when you hold your arms out and be totally fine afterwards. That was about it for my week….well, besides the sunburn blistering when I went on a walk (through my shirt no less) and then peeling….and 2 hikes (first was all 3 of us: 1 mile in, 650 foot elevation gain, 1 mile out, the second was the same hike, just baby and me, and I went a little further ‘cause I had more time…but was very sore after carrying a baby and backpack on my back). And now I am going to attempt to sleep, which hasn’t worked very well the past few days. Hope you all are well rested!
