Yesterday we decided to decorate the tree. Part of the reason we waited so long was because my mother-in-law had ordered one from Maine (she used to live there) and we were waiting for it to arrive. So last night it began, the lights, the ornaments, and the Christmas music. It was fun to see some of the family ornaments for the first time, some made by the kids years ago :-) All-in-all it was a fun time and the tree turned out pretty good too! Then, after everyone went to bed. We pulled out all the Christmas gift paraphernalia and got to it. Seeing a stack of newly made and wrapped gifts is quite nice when it's 2 am :-) Hope everyone's Christmas planning is going well!
